Terms of Service

1. What Rilo Is

Rilo is a guided pre-performance warmup designed to help users prepare for interviews, presentations, public speaking, exams, sales calls, and other high-pressure performance moments.

Rilo may include guided breathing, physical prompts, mental reframing, visualization, performance cues, reminders, and related features.

Rilo is intended to help you prepare for a performance moment. It does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of performance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rilo.

If you are under the age at which you can legally enter into a binding agreement in your country, you may use Rilo only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If you use Rilo on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Your Account

Some Rilo features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep access to your account secure.

Authentication may take place through a one-time code sent to your email address or another authentication method offered by Rilo.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from circumstances reasonably outside your control.

Accounts and purchased access are intended for individual use and may not be sold, transferred, or shared for commercial purposes.

4. Using Rilo Safely

Rilo is a performance-preparation tool. It is not a medical service, mental-health treatment, therapy service, or substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

Rilo may include controlled breathing and physical movement. Use these features only when it is safe to do so.

Do not use a Rilo warmup while driving, operating machinery, or performing another activity that requires your full attention.

If a breathing or physical exercise makes you uncomfortable, stop the exercise and return to normal breathing or movement.

If you have concerns about whether a Rilo exercise is appropriate for you because of a medical or psychological condition, seek advice from an appropriate qualified professional.

5. Free Warmups

Rilo may provide eligible users with free access before requiring payment.

Unless otherwise stated in the service, an eligible new account currently receives one free completed warmup without requiring a payment card.

A warmup is considered completed when the session reaches the final GO stage. If you leave a warmup before reaching that stage, the warmup will not normally consume one of your available warmup credits.

Free offers are limited to the number stated and may not be repeatedly obtained by creating multiple accounts or otherwise circumventing Rilo’s usage limits.

We may change free-access offers for future users. Changes will not retroactively convert previously completed free use into a paid charge.

6. Paid Plans

Rilo may offer several types of paid access. The current price and terms of each option will be shown before you purchase.

These may include:

Warmup packs

A warmup pack provides a fixed number of warmups for a one-time payment.

If you purchase a 10-warmup pack, the credits are currently valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different period is clearly disclosed before purchase.

A credit is used when a warmup reaches the final GO stage.

Monthly subscription

A monthly subscription provides unlimited Rilo warmups during the subscription period and automatically renews each month until cancelled.

Annual subscription

An annual subscription provides unlimited Rilo warmups during the subscription period and automatically renews each year until cancelled.

Lifetime access

A Lifetime plan, if offered, provides unlimited access to Rilo warmups without recurring subscription fees.

For purposes of these Terms, “Lifetime” means for as long as Rilo continues to operate and offer the applicable Rilo service. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not constitute a guarantee that Rilo will operate indefinitely.

The exact price, benefits, usage limits, validity period, renewal terms, and other conditions applicable to any paid plan will be those clearly described at the time of purchase.

7. Payments

Payments for Rilo are processed by a third-party payment processor.

The payment processor may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and other payment-related matters. Its applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply to your transaction.

Rilo does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, and the total amount you will be charged will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

8. Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

Monthly and annual Rilo subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal.

The applicable billing frequency and renewal price will be shown when you purchase.

You may cancel a subscription using the available account or payment-management tools or another cancellation method provided by Rilo or the payment processor.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and your paid access remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a subscription price changes, we or our payment processor will provide notice where required before the new price applies to a renewal.

9. Refunds and Consumer Cancellation Rights

Refunds by plan

You can request a refund within these periods, counted from the purchase date:

• Monthly: a full refund of your first monthly payment within 7 days.
• Annual: a full refund of your first annual payment within 14 days.
• Warmup pack: within 14 days, a refund of $0.99 for each warmup in the pack you have not completed. Completed warmups are not refunded.
• Lifetime: a full refund within 14 days, if fewer than 3 warmups were completed on your account after you bought it.

To request a refund, email hello@getrilo.app from the email address on your Rilo account.

When a purchase is refunded, the paid access it provided ends, including any warmups left in a pack.

These periods apply to purchases made from October 19, 2026. Earlier purchases keep the refund terms in place when they were bought.

Renewals and later requests

Subscription renewal payments are not refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and your paid access remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Unused portions of a subscription do not qualify for a prorated refund after cancellation.

After these periods, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed through our third-party payment processor, which may also apply its own buyer terms and refund policies.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

If the law where you live gives you a mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, or withdrawal right for an online purchase, that right continues to apply.

Where permitted by law, you may be asked during checkout to consent to immediate access to digital services and acknowledge any effect that immediate access has on a statutory withdrawal right.

To request cancellation of a transaction or contact us about a payment, use the cancellation method available on getrilo.app or contact hello@getrilo.app.

10. Scheduled Warmups and Reminders

Rilo may allow you to schedule future warmups or receive reminders.

Reminders are provided as a convenience. Delivery can be affected by email providers, internet connectivity, device settings, technical failures, or other circumstances outside Rilo’s control.

You remain responsible for keeping track of your interview, exam, presentation, meeting, or other event. You should not rely on a Rilo reminder as your only method of remembering or preparing for an important event.

11. Acceptable Use

You may use Rilo only for lawful personal purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Rilo or another user’s account
• Circumvent limits on free or paid usage
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract substantial portions of the service
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain Rilo source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Rilo or its content without permission
• Use Rilo in a way that infringes the rights of another person
• Use Rilo for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Rilo, our users, or third parties, or where these Terms have been materially violated.

12. Rilo Content and Intellectual Property

Rilo and its content, including its software, design, branding, text, warmup structure, graphics, audio, and other materials, are owned by Rilo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Rilo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for your own personal purposes.

This does not transfer ownership of Rilo or its content to you.

You retain ownership of information you provide to Rilo. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Rilo available and working reliably, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features as the product develops.

If we make a material change that significantly affects an existing paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or required by law.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law where a paid digital service is not supplied as agreed.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Rilo at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

• A material violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Attempts to circumvent payment or usage restrictions
• Security risks
• Legal requirements

Where appropriate, we will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of other users.

Termination does not remove any consumer rights or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. No Performance Guarantee

Rilo is designed to support preparation and readiness, but individual experiences differ.

We do not promise or guarantee that using Rilo will:

• Eliminate nervousness or anxiety
• Improve performance in every situation
• Produce a particular interview, exam, sales, presentation, or other outcome
• Result in employment, grades, sales, contracts, or any other specific result

Your decisions and actions before, during, and after a performance remain your responsibility.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rilo is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or statutory protections that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rilo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We are not responsible for the outcome of an interview, examination, presentation, sale, speech, meeting, or other performance event.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory rights available to consumers.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Rilo Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect and how we use it.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Rilo develops or as legal requirements change.

If we make a material change, we will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required.

The updated Terms will display a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights that you have already accrued where applicable law prevents us from doing so.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

However, if you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of any mandatory protections, rights, or access to courts that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
